*By using MUNDIAL services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully. We offer a wide range of services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use our services you also will be subjected to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to that specific service.
You may need your own MUNDIAL account to use certain MUNDIAL services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account / password and for restricting access to your account, you also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. MUNDIAL does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under eighteen (18) years old, you may use MUNDIAL services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
MUNDIAL also reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use MUNDIAL services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
When you use MUNDIAL services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other MUNDIAL services; you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
MUNDIAL attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, MUNDIAL does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any MUNDIAL service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by MUNDIAL itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
All prices are given in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise mentioned. All the suggested prices described in the website does not include import taxes for any country, that means that all prices mentioned alongside our products are subject to the customers location as well as their import taxes and local laws. MUNDIAL does not have any responsibility regarding these extra charges, they are the buyers responsibility and by purchasing from our webpage you agree with these terms.
With respect to items sold by MUNDIAL, the prices displayed alongside our items, are a suggestion price only and cannot be confirmed until the moment the customer place the order with us. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced due to technical or human error (for example). If the correct price of an item sold by MUNDIAL is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item. We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the first steps of our shipping process.
We reserve the right to change the prices, terms and conditions. The customer accepts these delivery terms when placing the order.
Risk of Loss
All purchases of physical items from MUNDIAL are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you and the shipping company upon our delivery to the courier.

The MUNDIAL services and all information, content, materials, products and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the MUNDIAL services are provided by MUNDIAL on an "as is" and "as available" basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. MUNDIAL makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the MUNDIAL services, or the information, content, materials, products or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the MUNDIAL services, unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of the MUNDIAL services is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by law, MUNDIAL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. MUNDIAL does not warrant that the MUNDIAL services, information, content, materials, products or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the MUNDIAL services, MUNDIAL's servers or electronic communications sent from MUNDIAL are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the full extent permissible by law, MUNDIAL will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any MUNDIAL service, or from any information, content, materials, products or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through any MUNDIAL service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery time is determined by the product delivery times and chosen payment and delivery methods. For example, prepayment made through bank transfer may delay the processing of the order as the payment must be visible on our back account before we can process the order. We usually process an order one weekday after the order has arrived the delivery time thus being 1-3 days.
Product specific delivery times are given on each product's product card. The given delivery times are estimates and are not binding. MUNDIAL is not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs caused to the customer if the delivery is delayed.
We deliver orders according to the delivery methods listed below. In connection with each delivery method, when placing the order, you can also see the delivery time and price. Delivery methods are dependent on dimensions and/or weight. Delivery methods that are available are shown automatically in the shopping cart and also prices are calculated automatically.
If some of the products ordered are out of stock your order will hold until the products are in stock. If required, we can deliver the products that are in stock separately and the rest of the products later. In this case the customer will be charged according to each separate shipment following the methods described herein. Courier charges are at the buyers responsibility. It is possible to you to collect your order from your nearest post office, and for that, please make sure to contact the courier chosen by you when finalizing your purchase. You can track your delivery and also claim the parcel with the tracking number provided to you.
Important: Please inform your phone number when finalizing your purchase and registering with MUNDIAL. We usually do not send arrival notices, so courier shipment arrangements are on buyers and shipping companies responsibility. Pick-up is always free of charge. Pick-up is possible only during times agreed before hand, so please contact us before picking up your products. For the pick-up we always pack your order in advance so this is the easiest and cheapest delivery method for those who live in the same region. Payment for pick-up orders can be made in cash or through any payment method in the online store.
Free On Board (FOB)
MUNDIAL’s main shipping method is ‘Free On Board’ (FOB). No matter if you are a regular customer or a distributor, our main shipping method will always consider the stock available / be ‘FOB the nearest port of any of our Warehouse locations’, for example, we are currently located in São Paulo, Miami and Hong Kong so depending on your location and order our subsidiary in charged will handle your shipment accordingly. In this case we will pay for the local charges to transfer the goods from our warehouse to the nearest port available, the rest of the shipment duration is on the buyer’s responsibility.
The following payment methods can be used to pay online store orders. In connection with each payment method you can see the possible additional cost for the payment method in question. We reserve the products for unpaid orders for maximum 14 days, after that, products are released and can be purchased by anyone.
Web Payment Service Providers
Web Payments or other payment service provider's are subject to third parties terms and conditions (you can check it by browsing their own website). For more information please contact us in here or at email@example.com.
Cash payments are only available for pick-up orders.
Against Invoice / Other Agreements
Payments against invoice and other agreements are only available for distributors and third parties. If an invoice is required in advance, it must also be agreed in advance. MUNDIAL has its own partners and distributors, if you are interested in joining our team please register here or contact our local subsidiaries.
CUSTOMER RETURNS AND REFOUNDS
Ordered products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, which is counted from the day that you received the products. Returned products must be in unopened packages and in new, salable condition. If these conditions are met and the customer does not want to exchange the product, the customer is entitled to get refunded. The customer is also requested to show the original proof of purchase.
If the product has been damaged during shipping, we will not deliver a new product to the customer. We are not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs caused to the customer if the product has been damaged during shipping. Please make sure to contact the shipping company responsible for the delivery. Mundial always encourage its customers to get an insurance every time they purchase with us.
The customer does not have an unilateral right to witdraw from the order if the product has been customised according to customer's wishes. If the product is returned the customer is obliged to pay the possible costs caused by the customer return.
Instuctions for returning products
Before returning products please make sure that the products are in unopened packages and in new, salable condition (it is mandatory that the items are in their original package only). If these conditions are not met we charge costs caused by the customer return, the fee will always follow the item’s condition and therefore will always be a reasonable charge decided by our engineers and development team after a proper evaluation.
If it is the case of a defective item inquiry, the procedure is almost the same. But instead of a ‘salable condition’, please wait for our team’s instructions.
In both situations, our team will instruct how to return the item by sending you a return form for you to print and enclose in your parcel. For regular orders, you can use this to return the goods free of charge (period of 14 days). You can expect to receive notification of a successful return after the warehouse has received and processed your request. Make sure to add:
- Your contact information: your name, address and phone number.
- Your bank account number (for the compensation that will be payed) or information about if you want to exchange the product to a new one.
- Order number which can be found from the receipt and order confirmation that was sent to you by e-mail.
- Reason for the return (optional information). We do not require the reason for customer return, but the information would be valuable for us when we develop our service to be able to serve our customer better.
If you attach the order confirmation or receipt to the customer return we can see the needed information from them except for information needed for the compensation. By giving us as accurate information as possible you help us in processing the customer return as soon as possible.

Important: We will be unable to accept any returns that have shown any signs of use. We reserve the right to assert claims for compensation in such cases.
We will process your refund as quickly as possible.
If after examination of your return there will be a credit in your favor, then we will refund the amount immediately to the credit card used when ordering. We will also inform you about your successful return by e-mail.
Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Important: Please understand that we can only take back items that were purchased in our online store. For items bought in one of our shops or from third parties that you wish to return, please contact the relevant sales outlet directly.
Our online store products can be ordered almost worldwide. Please make sure to choose the right location in our homepage for an accurate information. When shipping abroad the delivery costs depend on the country to which the order is delivered and in most cases the delivery costs are charged according to the actual delivery costs.
Additional work and charges
Sometimes the orders can cause additional work, for example, clarifying customs regulations, taxation, forms to be filled in, or due to some customer's special wishes, for example, gift wrapping and packaging. If the additional work is caused by the customer we charge all the costs from the customer. We will always inform the customer about the additional work and costs in advance if possible.
